To those who do know me personally, here's what you do:

Send me a personal e-mail and include the following:

1) Your Name - In most cases, I'll use the name I best know you as, or if your name is common, I will be inclined to use your nickname. If you are paranoid about having your real first name on this site, please tell me what you wanted used. I will include your last name if you request that.

2) Your Photo - If you're a decent enough friend, I probably already have a picture of you. Just request that I use a photo of you on file. Your face does not need to be in the photo, but I would like to at least see your body, your backside or something fitting to your personality. A photo that is relevant to where you live might be a good idea. If you don't know what to send, just a normal picture of yourself inside your house is sufficient.

3) Your City and State, Altitude - Or country if you're outside the USA. If you have privacy concerns, please at least share your state and the general area. Two examples are Overland Park, KS can be changed to eastern Kansas, and small towns like Bronco, TX can be changed to Yoakum County, TX.

ALTITUDE - No cheating. Please be honest. Use www.earthtools.org works fairly decently with pinpointing your exact residence's altitude.

4) Your Links - If you like, I'll give you a one-way link to your personal web site, myspace page and/or blog. Just include it in your e-mail.

5) Your Comment - Keep in relatively short, but you're welcome to make a general comment in one to three sentences below your information as it relates to your altitude, your ranking on the list, this web site in general or anything else. A few ideas off the top of my head: "At least I'm higher than Denver." "I love the ocean! Give me sea level!" "This is a crazy web site, Steve!" If you can't think of anything, that's okay. You can leave it blank and I'll make up something.
